Joining QA team for software development projects
Qualifications
• Knowledge of software testing methodology
• Experience in creating and implementing test strategies and detailed test plans
• Experience with creating and executing detailed test cases/scripts
• Able to perform basic work mostly independently
• Good knowledge of software development process, especially software testing process is a plus
• Experience with testing web-based applications & healthcare domain is a plus
• Experience with leading QA team & working with US clients (only required for Senior level)
• Able to perform effectively & independently and mentor others in software testing (only required for Senior level)
• Able to participate in defining/tailoring software testing process which can jointly be applied for the QA team & client’s teams (only required for Senior level)
