which advanced ISTQB to take? (TM / TA)

Hi, i have just completed  my CTFL and would like to proceed with the advanced level. i have about 6 years of testing experience but mostly deals on manual testing. May i know which certification would you recommend me to proceed? (Test Manager / Test Analyst)? What's the difference between these 2 certification ? if i do not hold any management position, can i still go for certification for test manager?

If you have been mostly manual testing for 6 years, then I would recommend pursuing the ATA (Advanced Test Analyst) certification.  Many of the test techniques covered therein would be of immediate and direct use for your career.  The ATM certification would also help, but more in an indirect way.  The concepts involved with ATM would help you understand the "why" of the things you do much more than ATA which is involved more in the what and how.
