Development and Testing Experience

I have 11 years of experience in IT Industry with initial 5 years of experience in development. Now I have 6+ years of experience of testing experience and currently working as a test lead with hands-on experience in manual testing. I am looking for a job change now . I would like to continue my career in testing and unfortunately, since I have 11 years of experience, I am not considered for a test lead/senior test lead post....What would be the ideal position for me?
