Bugzilla is a open-source Bug tracking tool. This is web based bug tracking tool used to log and track defect database.

BugZilla is the grand-father of all bug trackers.

But I recommend to try out few other tracker. Some bug tracker are used by big corporation some of they:

Collab.net
Jira from Atlassin.
FogBufz from FogCreek.

There are free like BugZilla:

MantisBT
Flyspray
BugNotes

and etc.

But my favorite on bug tracker is Bontq (see my subscription) I love this bug tracker coz there are desktop-client written on Java its cross-platformed. You can use it on Mac OS, Linux, Windows. This client is integrated with bug tracker. So you can to capture screenshots and videos and attach right to your items. It saved a lot of time for me. I dont need to use MsPaint and etc to install them. Bontq is the complex solution for starting team developers and testers.
